Start your day relaxed: oven-fresh bread rolls are delivered directly to your accommodation.

Order by 8 p.m. the day before (please always specify the name of your accommodation).

PlateauCard (guest card)

The PlateauCard is included in the holiday package and will be sent digitally by e-mail after online check-in.

It is valid as a ticket for public bus connections in the region (to Telfs and Mittenwald) during your stay. The train journey between Seefeld and Scharnitz and the Wildmoosbus are also included.

WLAN is available in all Wilderer Chalets. The connection is generally suitable for streaming, home office and mobile working.

For security reasons, the network name and password are not published online. You will find the access data in the guest folder in the chalet.

The fireplace in the chalet is gas-powered. No wood, no refilling – just switch it on and enjoy.

If the fireplace does not restart immediately after prolonged use: allow it to cool down briefly. Please do not leave the remote control directly in front of the fireplace.

When can I arrive and when do I have to leave?

Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Check-out must be by 10 a.m. at the latest. This allows sufficient time for preparation and cleaning.

Are towels included in the price?

Yes. Hand and bath towels are provided in the bathroom and are included in the price. If you need an additional set, please let us know.

Is there a bread roll service?

Yes. You can place your order with the bakery by 8:00 pm the day before (via WhatsApp or email – please always include the name of your accommodation). Your order will be delivered on time the next morning.

Do I need wood for the fireplace?

No. The fireplace in the chalet is conveniently gas-powered. You simply switch it on and off – no wood, no refilling, no smoke.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all chalets. The network name and password are not published on the website – you will find the access data directly in the accommodation.

Are there facilities for babies and toddlers?

Each chalet has a high chair and a cot for babies and toddlers, which can be booked if required. Please specify this when booking so that everything can be prepared.
