Plan for winter conditions
In case of snowfall, the access road may be wintery. Check the route in advance and drive with caution. Winter equipment (winter tyres are mandatory from 1 November and snow chains are recommended)

Organise wet shoes/clothes in the entrance area – please do not leave them on wooden floors.

Right by the chalet
Each chalet has its own parking spaces right by the accommodation.
Bread rolls
Order in good time
In winter, we recommend: Plan your bread rolls/breakfast in advance - Bread roll service from the Waldhart bakery from the chalet - Pick up at the wooden hut directly above the chalets.
Pets
Register in advance
Please register dogs in advance. Price: £18 per night per dog.

Red deer, chamois, golden eagle
Identical interior: same comfort, same room layout. Difference in the outdoor area: Red deer & chamois are fenced in, golden eagle is not fenced in.
First Chalet
Chalet Rothirsch
Arrive, change, warm up. Ideal if a sheltered outdoor area is important in winter – especially practical with dogs or small children.

Medium Chalet
Chalet Gamsbock
Same luxury, fenced garden and a quiet arrival - perfect for winter days when indoors is the main place to be.

- Comfort like at home – only with an Alpine backdrop
- Ideal for families and groups of friends
The outdoor area is fenced - ideal for dogs (register in advance) and small children.
Last chalet
Chalet Steinadler
Same premium standard – with open outdoor area. Perfect if you want an unfenced garden.

The outdoor area is not fenced.
Floor plan & rooms
Two floors - clearly separated, very comfortable
Downstairs is the living and dining area, upstairs are the bedrooms with bathrooms. The layout is identical - ideal when several families or friends are travelling together.

Upstairs
- All four bedrooms are upstairs

Winter Comfort
Snowshoes, toboggans or wet clothing: in winter, we recommend keeping a clear space in the entrance area. Please do not leave wet equipment on wooden floors.
On site
Recycling – clearly organised
To help you find your way around immediately, all practical areas are clearly marked and easily accessible. Short distances, clear processes and a clear separation of areas ensure a relaxed stay.
Recycling hut
The recycling hut (wooden hut) is located opposite Chalet Rothirsch in the upper area of the site. Please dispose of waste separately and pay attention to the corresponding labels on site.
- Please bring waste to the recycling hut in well-sealed bags
- Non-slip shoes are recommended outdoors
- Paths and access roads are cleared regularly
We ask for your special attention, especially in snow and ice.
Arrival
Self-check-in – quick, secure, uncomplicated
All chalets are opened using a personal numerical code. The code is sent before arrival – this requires each guest to complete the online check-in form in full.
This allows you to plan your arrival flexibly, even if you arrive late. No key is required on site.

PlateauCard – free bus travel
Guests receive the PlateauCard from us. This allows them to conveniently use bus connections in the region – ideal for leaving the car behind.

Important information
Payment, pets & safety
Payment before arrival
The visitor's tax and the entire stay must be paid before arrival. This means that check-in, code handover and your arrival can take place in a relaxed manner and without waiting times.
Please register pets in advance
Dogs are very welcome. Please indicate that you will be bringing your dog when you make your booking so that we can make the necessary preparations. Price: €18 per night per dog.
Damage or abnormalities
If you notice anything unusual or damaged, please let us know. This allows us to respond quickly and ensure the usual standard for all guests.
Note on the winter season
In winter, please take extra care in wet, snowy or icy conditions. Wear suitable footwear and use the designated paths – safety first.
