ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m.
The chalet is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10 a.m. at the latest.
LINEN INCLUDED
Bed linen & towels are provided
Bed linen and hand and bath towels are included in the price (2 hand towels and 2 bath towels per person). Additional sets or an extra change are available on request.
FIREPLACE
Gas fireplace – no wood required
The fireplace is conveniently powered by gas. Switch it on and off via the control panel – no wood, no smoke, no refilling.
WIFI
Free WiFi in the chalet
WiFi is available in all chalets. You will find the access data in the guest folder in the chalet.
BREAD ROLL SERVICE
Fresh bread rolls in the morning

Oven-fresh bread rolls – delivered in the morning
The bread roll service ensures a relaxed start to the day: bread rolls and pastries are delivered in the morning – simple and straightforward
The ordering and delivery process is deliberately kept simple. Please note the order deadline the day before.

Arrival & parking
Arriving safely in winter
The Wilderer Chalets are located on a high plateau. In winter, the roads are cleared but may be covered with snow at times – please plan accordingly.
In heavy snowfall, winter equipment is essential. Snow chains are strongly recommended.

- Allow plenty of time – especially in snowfall
- Parking spaces directly at the chalets
PlateauCard (guest card)
The PlateauCard is provided after online check-in. It offers advantages in the region and facilitates mobility on site.

Please separate waste as indicated on site. This will help to protect the natural environment around the chalets in the long term.

Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi in the chalet
Wi-Fi is available in all Wilderer Chalets. The connection is generally suitable for streaming, home office and mobile working.
For security reasons, the network name and password are not published online. You will find the access data in the guest folder in the chalet.

Please note the instructions for safe use. After prolonged burning, a cooling phase may be necessary.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted on the terrace – please use the ashtrays.
