Amenities

Everything’s here.
And still room to breathe.

The interiors of the three chalets are the same. Rothirsch and Gamsbock have fenced gardens; Steinadler has its own outdoor sauna. Here you’ll find the details for your stay – in summer and in winter.

Kitchen in the Wilderer Chalets

Fully equipped kitchen for summer days and winter evenings

From breakfast to a barbecue evening, from a quick lunch to a long evening at the wooden table: the kitchen is practical, well made and designed for cooking together – for everyday cooking and for enjoying food.

  • Induction hob, oven, dishwasher
  • Fridge with freezer compartment
  • Coffee machines (Nespresso capsule machine and filter coffee machine), kettle, toaster
  • Full set of crockery, glasses & cutlery
  • Pots, pans & cooking utensils
  • Large dining table for meals together

Ideal in summer: light meals, quick dishes and flexible mealtimes – indoors or outside.

Handy in winter: when the snow is falling quietly outside, the kitchen becomes the heart of the chalet – fully equipped, inviting, made for cooking together, long evenings and good food. A place to arrive, stay and sit together.

Open living area with gas fireplace – bright, quiet, relaxed

The living area is the heart of the chalet: lots of light, large windows, room for conversation, reading or quiet evenings.

The open living area is the place for real winter moments: arriving, warming up, talking, reading, watching films – with a fireplace at the touch of a button.

  • Large sofa, armchairs & comfortable seating areas
  • Gas fireplace: clean and convenient, no firewood needed
  • Direct access to the terrace
  • Large windows with views of nature
  • Smart TV (streaming with your own account)
  • Pleasant materials & clean lines
  • Atmospheric lighting and warm materials
  • Underfloor heating – for cooler evenings too

Fireplace note: after running for a longer time, the fireplace has to cool down before it can be started again. Please don’t leave the remote control directly in front of the fireplace (sensor).

4 bedrooms – quiet, warm, restful

After active days outdoors, the bedrooms give you quiet, darkness and a good night’s sleep. They are designed for quiet, comfort and practical storage.

  • 4 bedrooms with double beds (ideal for families and friends)
  • Box-spring beds and comfortable mattresses
  • Blackout options
  • Storage space for clothes & luggage
  • Sockets by the bed (some with USB)
  • Short way to the bathrooms

Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and every bedroom has a TV.

3 bathrooms – easy for groups

Several bathrooms keep things running smoothly – especially for families or groups of friends.

In winter especially, it’s nice when mornings run smoothly: shower, get ready, off you go – without any stress.

  • 2 bathrooms upstairs with rain shower, double washbasin and WC
  • 1 bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub, rain shower, double washbasin and WC
  • Heated towel rails that run with the underfloor heating
  • Pleasant warmth (separate thermostat in the bathroom)

When you arrive, all bathrooms are stocked with hand towels, bath towels and toilet paper for the number of guests booked. If you need more hand or bath towels, we’re happy to offer a linen package that provides additional towels. The toilet paper is meant as a starter supply; if you need more, please bring or buy your own.

Arrive, drop your things, head out

In summer, the entrance area works as a practical outdoor zone for shoes, rucksacks and sports gear.

  • Spacious hallway with a bench for arriving and changing
  • Room for hiking boots & rucksacks
  • Washing machine for longer stays, sports & outdoor clothing
  • Direct passage from the entrance area into the living room
  • Clear separation between living area & outdoor zone

Winter starts in the hallway

The entrance area is deliberately designed as a functional winter zone. Jackets, ski boots and gear stay in the hallway and in the tiled ski room. That keeps the living area with its wooden floor clean, quiet and cosy. In winter especially, this clear separation makes a noticeable difference to comfort, order and how pleasant the house is to live in.

  • Separate ski room for skis, cross-country gear and winter clothes
  • Boot dryer and shelves for wet shoes, helmets and clothing
  • Robust, easy-care materials, ideal for winter use

With several people, families or a ski holiday with friends, the advantage really shows: everything has its place – and the living room stays free of snow, wet and gear.

Tip: leave wet gear in the entrance area or ski room – that keeps the wooden floor in the living room dry.

Terrace, garden & parking right at the chalet

  • Parking right in front of the chalet (space for up to 3 cars)
  • Terrace with seating area and a view of the forest and mountains
  • Quiet location at the edge of the forest

In summer

Being outdoors is part of summer: breakfast in the sun, barbecue evenings, setting off on a hike straight from the door.

  • Charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal)
  • Walks & hikes start right outside

In winter

In winter too, being outside is part of the experience: step out for a moment, take a deep breath, smell the snow – and then quickly back into the warm chalet.

  • Winter service: cleared paths
  • Winter walks start right from the chalet

Dog-friendly – with a fenced garden at two chalets

Dogs are very welcome. The short way outside and a relaxed atmosphere make the stay especially pleasant for two- and four-legged guests alike. In summer especially, fenced gardens make all the difference for many guests: the Rothirsch and Gamsbock chalets are fenced.

  • Dogs are very welcome (surcharge per dog per night)
  • Rothirsch & Gamsbock are fenced
  • Short ways outside
  • Please use a protective cover if your dog lies on the sofa (a waterproof dog blanket is provided)

A note for guests with dogs: please don’t let dogs on the beds. If things get very dirty, a vacuum cleaner is available. So that all guests feel at home, we ask you not to let dogs dig in the garden.
