Each of the three chalets has four bedrooms and room for up to nine guests.
Rothirsch and Gamsbock have fenced gardens. Steinadler has its own outdoor sauna.

Where can I see the price for my stay?
Choose your dates and the number of guests in the booking search. It shows the exact total price for the available houses.
Which chalet has a sauna?
Steinadler has its own outdoor sauna. Rothirsch and Gamsbock do not have their own sauna.
Where can I find directions and check-in?
The getting here page shows the chalet address and routes to Leutasch. You can reach the online check-in here.
What if the chalets aren’t right for us?
Landhaus Moritz and the Wilderer Nest can also be booked here. They are at different addresses.

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 12 noon
The chalet is ready for you from 4 pm on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask you to check out by 12 noon.
Bed linen & towels are included
Bed linen as well as hand and bath towels are included in the price (2 hand towels and 2 bath towels per person). Extra sets or an additional change are available on request.
Fresh bread rolls in the morning
Order by 8 pm the day before, delivered the next morning. Details in the “Bread roll delivery” section.
PlateauCard
Included in your holiday package – sent digitally by email after online check-in.
Gas fireplace – no wood needed
The fireplace runs conveniently on gas. Switch it on and off with the control panel – no wood, no smoke, no topping up.
Free Wi-Fi in the chalet
Wi-Fi is available in all chalets. You will find the login details in the guest folder in the chalet.
Smoke-free indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor rooms; smoking is permitted on the terrace.
In winter: altitude & road conditions
The chalets are on the high plateau. Winter equipment is compulsory, and snow chains are strongly recommended.

Arriving safely in winter
The Wilderer Chalets are on the high plateau. In winter the roads are cleared but can be snow-covered at times – please plan accordingly.
In heavy snowfall, winter equipment is essential. Snow chains are strongly recommended.

Bread rolls from the bakery
Start the day at ease: fresh-baked bread rolls are delivered straight to your accommodation.
Order by 8 pm the day before (please always give the name of your accommodation).

- Put the money in an envelope and leave it as described.
- The next morning, your fresh rolls are ready on time.
In winter
Ordering and delivery are deliberately kept simple. Please note the order deadline the day before.

PlateauCard (guest card)
The PlateauCard is included in your holiday package and is sent to you digitally by email after online check-in.
During your stay it is your ticket for public bus services in the region (as far as Telfs, and seasonally to Mittenwald on the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus). The train between Seefeld and Scharnitz and the Wildmoos bus are also included.
The PlateauCard is provided after online check-in. It offers benefits in the region and makes it easier to get around locally.

Technology
Wi-Fi in the chalet
Wi-Fi is available in all Wilderer Chalets. The connection is generally suitable for streaming, working from home and remote work.
For security reasons, the network name and password are not published online. You will find the login details in the guest folder in the chalet.
Stable
Streaming, working from home and video calls usually work without any problems.
Access
You will find the Wi-Fi name and password in the accommodation or in the documents on site.

Fireside feeling – easy with gas
The fireplace in the chalet runs on gas. No wood, no topping up – simply switch it on and enjoy.
If the fireplace does not restart straight away after a long spell of use, let it cool down briefly. Please do not leave the remote control directly in front of the fireplace.
Please follow the instructions for safe use. After burning for a long time, it may need to cool down.

House information & rules
A few simple rules help all guests feel at home – and keep the chalets as lovely as you find them for a long time to come.
So that all guests feel at home, we ask you to treat the chalet, its furnishings and the neighbours with respect.
If anything is missing or not working, please get in touch directly – we will help quickly.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 12 noon. Depending on occupancy, exceptions are possible by arrangement.
Smoking
Indoor rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on the terrace; an ashtray is provided.
Short & important
Please note the following:
- Please take off your shoes in the entrance area
- No smoking in any indoor rooms
- The terrace heater switches off automatically after 20 minutes
- Respect the night-time quiet hours
- Treat the furnishings with care

Recycling in the chalet
For the sake of the environment, please separate your waste as follows.
Please separate your waste as labelled on site. That way the nature around the chalets stays protected for the long term.

Here are the answers to the most common questions – short and clear.
When can I arrive and when do I need to leave?
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Check-out is by 12 noon. That leaves enough time for preparation and cleaning.
Are bed linen and towels included?

Is there a bread roll delivery service?

The PlateauCard is included in your holiday package and is sent to you digitally by email after online check-in. It is your ticket for bus services in the region (as far as Telfs, and seasonally to Mittenwald on the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus). The Seefeld–Scharnitz train and the Wildmoos bus are also included.
