Get ready before you arrive.
Check your details carefully in the online check-in and be sure to tick “Activate digital guest card” there, ideally for everyone travelling with you. After check-in, we will send you the digital guest card automatically by email. If you forgot to tick the box, we can still issue the card afterwards: just get in touch.

Current benefits directly from the region.
Discounts, transport benefits and terms of use can change. That is why the official list of benefits is always just a click away. One thing is certain: with the guest card, you can use the buses on the Seefeld plateau free of charge.

If your card is missing.
Contact Wilderer directly with your booking reference. Your booking number belongs in a protected message to us, not in a public comment or a search link.
